Anyone who works or lives in stressful atmospheres can benefit from this blend to support deeper sleep and a calmer outlook on life.

PanAway Essential Oil

PanAway® was created by Gary Young following a severe injury to the ligaments in his leg. Containing wintergreen essential oil, which is often used for massage, PanAway is soothing to the skin while providing comforting warmth to muscles after exercise. It is an ideal choice for supporting comforting muscles during or after exercise especially when used in combination with Ortho Sport during a massage.

This oil is powerful enough to sooth pain in adults but gentle enough to use on children. Earlier this year my son who is eight years old developed knee pain so severe that he underwent tests to determine if he had bone cancer. I made him a pain cream using 1 cup of coconut oil, 10 drops PanAway, 10 drops Valor and 10 drops Peppermint. That cream was the only thing that helped him walk without a limp. My mother who had been suffering through shoulder and hip pain applied it on herself and was able to walk around the Fort Worth Zoo all day without any pain!

Joy Essential Oil

I'll be completely transparent with you, when I first brought this bottle up to my nose and took a whiff I about choked on a flower shop. I love soft floral tones like jasmine and stargazer lilies but strong floral tones I don't care for. I knew that this oil had a strong geranium scent, which is great for symptoms of depression, but to me the scent was initially overpowering. A friend of mine who introduced me to essential oils started giggling and informed me that often times the smells from essential oils that are most ‘offending’ to you are the actual oils/smell that your body is short supply of! It was the truth because at that time in my life I was in short supply of Joy. I began to rub the oil over my heart and my attitude quickly began to change. I now break into a sprint for my bottle of Joy anytime my young boys get a case of the Grumpy Gusses!

Joy™ is a luxuriously exotic blend of Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Rosewood, Lemon, Mandarian, Jasmine, Roman Chamoille, Palmarosa, and Rose. With uplifting overtones this oil creates magnetic energy and brings joy to the heart. When worn as cologne or perfume, Joy exudes an alluring and irresistible fragrance that inspires romance and togetherness. When diffused, it can be refreshing and uplifting.

Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint is definitely one of the oils listed in my favorite oil category because there are so many different uses for it! I don't know of many oils that are so versatile where it can make my son more alert during school, get rid of a migraine, eliminate a fever in my 3 year old, refresh and cool us on hot days when added to water and also transform our hot chocolate into a peppermint mocha! Are you picking your jaw up off the floor yet?!?!

Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. A single drop of Young Living Peppermint is the equivalent of 25-28 cups of peppermint tea. It’s potent! Far more powerful than herbs. It’s carefully distilled at a low temperature and with low pressure, so that all the therapeutic properties are protected. So, if you don’t have time for 25 cups of tea, we found a solution!

Jean Valnet MD studied peppermint's supportive effect on the liver and respiratory systems. Other scientists have also researched peppermint's role in improving taste and smell when inhaled. Dr. William N. Dember of the University of Cincinnati studied peppermint's ability to improve concentration and mental sharpness. Alan Hirsch MD studied peppermint's ability to directly affect the brain's satiety center, which triggers a sensation of fullness after meals.
